How to Order
To place an order simply send us a quick e-mail message indicating what specimen(s) you're interested in (use the Code i.e. AF-5 + US-9) and with a complete mailing address.
I will generally respond within 48hrs with the total price i.e. Postage, Shipping charges plus Insurance. (We do not have handling charges at Rough Country Minerals)
I will then reserve the specimen(s) for you for a period of 10 days.

Returns Policy
We have a full returns policy if you are not happy with your Mineral Return
it within 10 days in the same condition that you received it and we will refund
your money.

You may also apply the price of returned specimens toward future orders.
CREDIT CARDS ON FILE
I store customer credit card information in a password-protected data file. Once you place a credit card order with Rough Country Minerals you can simply request that I use the card number on file here for subsequent orders. Please update your information if your card's expiration date has passed
PUTTING SPECIMENS ON HOLD
Rough Country Minerals will RESERVE a specimen for up to 10 days, on request. If an order is not received within that time, however, the specimen will be available for purchase by others.
APPROVAL SALES
We do not send minerals on approval, due to the risk of loss or damage in shipment. Payment must be made before specimens are sent, unless other arrangements are made in specific cases.
